Shipping:

Orders are usually processed within 24-72 hours of receipt if possible (excluding weekends and Holidays) We ship via United States Postal Service or UPS depending on the size of the item. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to the US and 3-4 weeks for International orders.

*We offer Free Shipping for all orders!

*Free Standard shipping for all orders being shipped to a USA address. For all orders being delivered outside the USA we will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order.

Some of our items as shipped directly from the manufacturer, including, but not limited to Danish Blue Plates, Apparel/Accessories from the Kennel Club Collection, Florian Tiles, Voila! Chalkboards, Limited Edition Prints from Illustrated Breed, My Dog: special Edition Figurines and the Deerfield Pewter Plates and may take 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Shipping outside of the United States:

We ship to all countries. For all other destinations outside of the Continental United States your shipping costs will be calculated once your order is received, and we will contact you via e-mail for your approval prior to shipping your order.

The prices provided do not include any customs, duties or taxes that may occur once the parcel arrives in your country.

Product Guarantee/Return Policy:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased, return it in its original condition and packaging within 15 days and we will refund your money. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All prices are in U.S. funds.
